  1. Step 1: Enter your Everise email ID for step validation.
  2. Step 2: Upon email validation, the bot will ask for your Date of Birth for final step verification.

  • - If you want to create a ticket with IT Support, please type in "Create Ticket". The BOT will generate a ticket for you and provide you with the ticket details.


💡 Tip: You can type "Restart" or "Start Over" anytime to reset the conversation with the BOT.
